About Me

My name is Lucas and I began my career as an ordained minister in the United Church of Christ, a role that requires an unusual blend of organizational savvy, community leadership, and pastoral care. I then transitioned into non-profit consulting and executive leadership, serving on local community boards, and as the director of a fledgling nonprofit.

Now, rather than serving big organizations, I bring my skills and affirming attitude to supporting and coaching individuals and families. I love helping people re-envision their lives, set goals, make plans, and secure the support they need to follow through.

I have led organizations through complex situations that sometimes felt “sink or swim.” Our lives can sometimes feel like that, too! My experience leading ambitious churches and nonprofits with limited budgets has taught me how to set and achieve bold goals, while staying realistic and efficient.

A lifelong learner, I am always working to build new skills to better support my clients. I am a Certified Divorce Coach®, am working toward the designation of Accredited Financial Counselor, and I am completing the coursework to become a Certified Financial Planner.

I want to put these experiences and skills in service to your need for stability and flourishing. I can be your partner and cheerleader as you confront those parts of your life that are keeping you up at night.

Don’t hold back: let’s start writing the first chapter of your best life together!
